目的 评估EDB转位治疗交叉趾畸形的短期结果及存在的问题.方法 2012年3月至2013年2月收治15例(男2例,女13例)第2趾交叉趾畸形合并痛性胼胝患者,均行背侧入路EDB转位并同时清理跖趾关节,其中7例做Weil截骨内固定,术后使用弹力绷带加压包扎1周,前足免负重鞋保护6周.术后复查评估X线片、关节活动度、患者满意度及AOFAS评分.结果 随访时间平均为17.1个月(12～21个月).术前第
