Objective: On-the-job training(OJT)is a current trend in workplace environments,and an individuals physical fitness is associated with his or her health and risk of chronic diseases.Studies on the correlations between stress,sleep patterns,and fitness performances are currently lacking for those undergoing OJT and who are facing demands from both work and study.
