Chinese herbal medicine is an important component of Medicine in China..At domestic and abroad,the main metchod of extracting the ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine is using heat extraction, soak extraction and other conventional extraction methods.At present,the cloud point extraction (CPE) is widely used in Analytical Chemistry.Based on the solubilization and cloud point phenomenon of surfactants, CPE is a kind of new separation and enrichment method developed in recent years.Compared to conventional extraction methods, CPE offers the advantages of simplicity, dealing without large amount of organic solvent, low environmental toxicity and the ability to protect the bioactivity of the solutes.
