论柔性制造技术在坦克制造业的应用

本文首先论述了我国坦克制造业属于多品种、中小批量生产,在批量法则的束缚下,始终沿袭着传统的生产经营方式,经济效益十分低劣。而要从根本上摆脱这种困境,最行之有效的方法莫过于在企企中全面推行成组技术,并在此基础上与计算机技术、教控技术、管理科学等相结合,实现生产的柔性自动化,再进一步综合形成计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)。同时介绍了当今世界各国特别是坦克制造业中柔性制造系统(FMS)应用和发展的概况。并通过我国引进的FFS500-2柔性制造系统的运行实践,有力地说明了在我国坦克制造业中应用FMS的优越性及其现实意义。最后文章强调指出,应重视为应用FMS创造良好的使用环境。 This article first discussed that China’s tank manufacturing industry is a multi-variety, medium and small-scale production, under the shackles of the bulk law, always follow the traditional mode of production and management, the economic efficiency is very poor. In order to fundamentally get rid of this dilemma, the most effective method is to fully implement group technology in enterprise enterprises and combine it with computer technology, education and control technology, and management science to realize production. Flexible automation, and further integrated into the computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). At the same time, it introduced the overview of the application and development of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) in various countries in the world, especially tank manufacturing. And through the implementation of the FFS500-2 flexible manufacturing system introduced in China, it has effectively demonstrated the superiority and practical significance of the application of FMS in China’s tank manufacturing industry. Finally, the article emphasized that attention should be paid to creating a good environment for using FMS.
