棉花粉蚧雄成虫对雌虫的趋向选择及交配行为观察

  研究棉花粉蚧雄成虫对不同虫态、不同日龄雌虫的趋向选择节律以及雌雄成虫交配行为日节律,为该虫的性信息素的研究提供了科学依据。以棉花为寄主,在27±1℃,相对湿度70%,光照强度4000lx 条件下建立实验种群。采用四臂嗅觉仪测定雄虫对不同日龄以及不同虫态雌虫的趋向选择,包括三龄若虫、1 日龄、2 日龄、3 日龄、4 日龄处女雌成虫和交配过的雌成虫。
