　　A novel fabrication process was developed for Schottky-based integrated structures.The process aims to achieve ultimate performance at millimetre(mm)and Sub-millimetre(Sub-mm)wavelengths.Excellent performance has experimentally been demonstrated for different applications and at different frequency ranges up to 1THz and beyond.
