The nano-fiber and nano-grid microstructures built from nanoidenties in developing functional ceramics are relatively new.The structure of those such as CuOs consists of the interconnected nano crystals(chain in a link configuration).They are 3D continuous,self-supported configurations thus they can be directly used as functional elements such as electrodes without any further processing.This shows obvious advantage over any other “loose” nano structures.
