In this study,the constant voltage corona charging method was used to prepare-500V,-1000V and-2000V electrets.The cyclosporine A(a noncytotoxic,natural,11 amino acid cyclic peptide)and 10%ethyl oleate were chosen as model drug and chemical enhancer respectively.The transdermal enhancing effects of PP electrets and 10%ethyl oleate on cyclosporine A were compared and their synergistic effect was also studied using improved Franz diffusion cell and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.
