旋转弹是指在飞行过程中绕自身纵轴连续滚转的一类飞行器。导弹采用旋转体制有利于简化控制系统组成、降低产品成本、增强突防能力，代表了国内外武器装备发展过程中的一个重要方向。然而，导弹的旋转也会引起俯仰和偏航通道之间严重的动力学耦台，导致在飞行中弹体可能出现不收敛的锥形运动。
