  Organic-inorganic hybrid materials have a promisingpotential of application since they could combine the good properties of organic and inorganic materials.The nano-material's dispersibilty in and miscibility with polymer matrix are the two most important factors,which influence the structure and properties of nanocomposite.In our research,two typical nanomaterials,nano-Ag particles with high organic grafting ratio(Oc-OS-Nano-Ag),which can be dissolved in alkane[1],and the nanosheet-like titanium organic compound(NS-TOC)[2],which has similar component with poly elthylene terephthalate(PET),and respectively.were constructed and composited with genernal thermal plastic polymer,PET and polyproplene(PP)[4],The structure and properties of the resulted nanocomposites have been studied in detail.
