Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway is a serine/threonine protein kinase that play a vital role in regulating growth, survival and protein synthesis among cells.In the present study, we investigated the key signaling pathway proteins such as S6K1, 4EBP1, and PCNA in the testis leydig cells in CCl4-injured rats.
