In 2011,detailed condition surveys performed on a bridge located on Provincial Trunmk Highway (PTH)23 over the Red River near the town of Morris (Manitoba,Canada) suggested the requirement for full depth replacement of the deck.The bridge was constructed in 1968 and consists of four simply supported approach spans with five continuous internal spans.
