本论文研究我国矿井技术改造的现状,提出矿井技术改造过程是有阶段分层次的,其中增产阶段具有投资少见效快的特点,是矿井经济效益的最佳阶段,亦是矿井技术改造的重点。技改内容的选择,应运用系统工程的观点去研究,某项工程的改造应纳入系统的改造之中,以达到系统总体优化的目的,取得最大的经济效益。 This paper studies the status quo of mine technological transformation in our country. It is proposed that the technological transformation of mine is stratified at different stages. Among them, the stimulation stage has the characteristics of quick and inefficient investment, which is the best stage of mine economic benefit and also the key point of technological transformation of mine. The selection of technical content should be based on the viewpoint of system engineering. The reconstruction of a project should be included in the system transformation so as to achieve the purpose of overall system optimization and maximize the economic benefits.
