氧卤碲酸盐玻璃的热稳定性及可见-红外发光性能的研究

  采用熔融法制备了稀土掺杂碲酸盐氧卤玻璃.通过DTA对玻璃稳定性进行分析,采用Kissinger法计算了不同卤化物玻璃的析晶活化能,应用J-O理论计算了稀土离子在玻璃中的谱线参量(Ω,t=2,4,6)、荧光寿命、吸收截面、受激发射截面及各项荧光性能参数.研究了稀土离子在不同氧卤玻璃中的溶解度、荧光淬灭浓度及在可见-红外范围的荧光光谱.结果表明,玻璃中ZnF2含量越高可见-红外的荧光强度增强越明显,然而,ZnF2含量超过10mol%玻璃容易诱导析晶.动力学计算得到含10mol%ZnF2样品的析晶活化能约为180KJ/mol,而引入少量ZnCl2后析晶活化能增至254KJ/mol.F/Cl共掺玻璃系统提高了玻璃的形成能力,同时稀土离子的掺入量得到大幅度提高,玻璃在保持透明的同时不仅可见光而且中红外光的发光效率也得到明显提高.碲酸盐玻璃氧卤化有利于玻璃各项性能的提高,是一种潜在的透明玻璃激光候选材料.
