细胞穿透肽在白菜小孢子中的内化及其效率初探

  细胞穿透肽(cell penetrating peptides,CPPs)是一类可以单独,或者作为纳米级载体,携带蛋白质、核酸、药物分子、脂质体等大分子穿过细胞膜进入细胞的短肽。目前相关研究主要在动物上,应用于基因和药物的靶向诊断和治疗。植物方面,CPPs 介导的大分子传递仍然是一个新兴领域,但已被证明可以进入番茄、洋葱、玉米根尖细胞以及小黑麦的小孢子细胞,但能否进入双子叶作物的小孢子细胞尚无报道。
