The major city in the Central Asian region is Tashkent founded on loess near to the slopes of the Tien Shan range that is defined of high seismic hazard.The thickness of loess soils is varies from 2 up to 70 m.The sub flooding process are responsible for moistening of building foundations located in zones with loess soils having hydro consolodation properties.
