Changes of Organic Soil Substrate With Continous Vegetable Cultivation in Solar Greenhouse

  Organic soil substrate composed of straw, manure and field soil, which physical and chemical properties become much better than field soil.The change of organic soil substrate with the cultivation years increasing and the effects on cucumber growth were measured.The results showed that the soil bulk density increased, the total porosity decreased, and available nutrients decline with the vegetable cultivating years increasing;and the microorganism analyzed showed that antinomies and bacteria content decreased while the fungi content increased in organic soils substrate.The growth of cucumber plants were influenced by cultivation years increase of organic soil substrate, including the plant height and leaf area decreased, the photosynthetic efficiency weaken, and yield decreased.The physicochemical properties and soil fertility of organic soil may serious decline under continuous vegetable cultivation.
