广西甘蔗内生固氮菌资源及其应用的相关基础研究

本研究对广西不同蔗区、不同甘蔗品种、不同甘蔗组织、不同根际土壤进行固氮菌的收集和分离,采用形态学、系统发育学、生理生化特性和分子生物学等方法对获得的细菌进行固氮菌的筛选鉴定,获得300个固氮菌株,并建立了固氮菌种资源库,结果表明,固氮菌能明显促进甘蔗幼苗生长,此外还具有合成分泌嗜铁素和IAA,溶解无机磷和分解ACC等促植物生长特性;巴西引进甘蔗品种的固氮能力明显高于广西的主栽品种,在低氮水平和偏酸土壤以及间作豆科作物蔗地,甘蔗与固氮菌的联合固氮效率最佳:甘蔗各器官固氮百分率大小依次为叶>茎>根。
