Objective:To improve the miniinvasive treatment for fractures in the middle and lower parts oftibiafibular.Methods:67 patients with unstable tibiafibular fracture were treated with unilateral external fixation and the biodegradable screws.Fourty five patients were male and twenty two female,aged from 19 to 67 years,with an average of 43.Patients with soft tissue damaged received local tranfer muscle flaps.
