目的：骨肿瘤保肢手术中采用大段异体骨移植来重建中段骨缺损是一种可选的方法。关于移植失败率和移植并发症发生率的大样本报道较少，本研究拟综合评估恶性骨肿瘤切除后大段异体骨移植修补中段骨缺损的疗效。
目的 探讨旁正中入路治疗髋臼骨折的手术方法及初步临床效果。方法 2012年6月至2015年6月,应用旁正中入路且获得随访的髋臼骨折38例,男28例,女10例；年龄23-76岁,平均37岁；车祸伤26例,坠落伤9例,跌倒3例,骨折按Letoumel-Judet分型：前柱骨折13例,前柱加后半横行骨折10例,横行骨折6例,T型骨折4例,双柱骨折5例。

目的：对13例手术治疗的Norton神经瘤病例进行回顾性分析，评价筋膜松解术在治疗Norton神经瘤中的重要性。方法：自2012年6月至2015年1月，共有13例Norton神经瘤患者接受手术治疗。所有患者术前均得到明确诊断且保守治疗无效。其中男性2例，女性11例。
