本文试图从产品的使用过程和结果的角度，探索产品细节设计的思路，由此提出了通过发现产品的细节缺陷、克服细节缺陷的方法，来达到完善产品的细节设计、提高产品质量的目的。通过对工业产品存在的细节缺陷进行分析，指出进行细节缺陷分析的意义，并归纳了功能遗漏、功能模糊和操作干涉等七种常见的细节缺陷情况，以及克服或者避免这些缺陷的必要性，旨在为产品的精细化设计提供新思路。
