根结线虫PDCD6蛋白功能研究进展

　　根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)是一类重要的病原线虫,给农作物带来严重危害.其二龄幼虫侵染植物后在寄主根部形成巨型细胞.雌根结线虫形成之初,巨型细胞出现明显空泡化,内含物大幅降低,但根组织却没有坏死.已鉴定获得的雌根结线虫食道腺可溶性蛋白,含与细胞凋亡密切相关的程序性细胞死亡蛋白6(Programmed cell death protein6,PDCD6).本研究对PDCD6蛋白的研究现状进行了概述,发现该蛋白在肿瘤细胞凋亡的调控中起重要作用.因此从雌根结线虫内克隆该基因,并利用生物技术调控该基因与寄主植物互作,可望为开辟防治根结线虫的新途径打下基础.
