Odorant binding proteins(OBPs)transport hydrophobic odor molecules across the sensillar lymph to trigger a neuronal response.Herein,the Minus-C OBP(DhelOBP21)was characterized form Dastarcus helophoroides,the most important parasite natural enemy insect against Monochamus alternatus.
