Gibberellins (GAs), which is a well-known tetracyclic diterpenoid phytohormone, induce a wide range of plant growth responses, including seed germination, stem elongation, induction of flowering and so on.Recently, the crystal structure of the GA receptor GID1A was successfully reported, which provide a good opportunity for biorational design of novel GA functional analogues based on the target structure.
