  Since experimental observations have shown that the motion of bacteria(e.g.Escherichia Coli)is due to the alternation of runs and tumbles,mathematical modelling of this motion thanks to a kinetic description has been proposed.From this mesoscopic description,macroscopic models have been derived whose study and numerical simulations are challenging,since blow up phenomena appears at the limit.
