目的 COPD持续危害人类健康，发病率及死亡率居高不下甚至逐年上升，吸烟是公认的COPD发病因素之一，但是仍有许多吸烟者未患病，因此，除了环境因素的影响，自身的遗传差异对于COPD的发病也发挥着不可或缺的作用。肺泡巨噬细胞在COPD中起重要作用，清道夫受体可以发挥病原体清除等功能，通过影响肺泡巨噬细胞的吞噬功能造成COPD发病及加重。清道夫受体A共有11个外显子，其中外显子3、4、6、10、11对编码清道夫受体A的结构及功能发挥重要作用，研究这5个外显子的突变可能会与COPD的发病有关。
