大型炼铁高炉承受的荷载大且不对称,它不同于一般的框架结构可简单地采用平面分析计算,空间作用不可忽视。采用SAP2000有限元软件,对高炉框架系统、粗煤气系统及重力除尘器系统进行整体三维空间建模,采用一阶弹性分析方法,真实反映结构的受力状况,验算承载力极限状态和正常使用极限状态。
Large iron blast furnace bear the load is large and asymmetric, it is different from the general framework of the structure can be simply calculated using the plane analysis, the role of space can not be ignored. The SAP2000 finite element software is used to model the overall three-dimensional space of the blast furnace frame system, the crude gas system and the gravity dust remover system. The first-order elastic analysis method is used to truly reflect the stress state of the structure and check the ultimate bearing capacity and normal service limits status.
