Speciation of mercury in cells is critical to understand its cytotoxicity.However,conventional high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) couple to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),the most effective methods for elemental speciation,is faced with tremendous difficulties when it was directly applied in cells analysis.
