The facility for antiproton and ion research FAIR has been developed for the generation of high intensity heavy ion and Proton beams.The FAIR project consists of the three subprojects civil construction,experiments and accelerators.The project is staged in six modules.Module 0- 3 havebeen approved and arepresently being realized.
