描述了当前国际上红外景象仿真技术的发展动态,归纳了各种器件的发展过程,包括前期已应用的Bly电池、液晶光阀、热电阻阵列、DMD数字微镜阵列、变形镜器件、IRCRT、扫描激光器件等。当前正在发展的激光二极管阵列、红外等离子器件、和光子晶体等新型量子/光子红外景象投影器。介绍了目前已应用的红外景象仿真系统,及其存在的问题。指出了当代先进的红外景象仿真器期望的指标和发展方向,分辨率(>1024×1024)、动态范围(16-bit)、实现高帧频(>400Hz)、高温度(2500K),解决多光谱景象仿真技术。介绍了上海技术物理研究所正在开展的红外景象仿真研究工作,重点介绍包括DMD数字微镜阵列红外景象仿真、电阻阵列红外景象仿真和目标与背景红外动态图像建模等方面的研究进展。简要描述了上述技术的基本原理、研究过程和方法,并列出了已达到的性能指标和实验结果,同时给出了已开发成功的128×128元电阻阵列红外景象仿真器的实物照片。
This paper describes the current development of international infrared scene simulation technology and summarizes the development of various devices, including Bly batteries, liquid crystal light valves, thermal resistance arrays, DMD arrays, deformable mirror devices, IRCRT, Scanning laser device and so on. Currently developing new laser diode array, infrared plasma devices, and photonic crystals and other new quantum / photon infrared scene projector. The present application of infrared scene simulation system is introduced and its existing problems are introduced. The indicators and development direction of the advanced infrared scene simulator are pointed out. The resolution (> 1024 × 1024), dynamic range (16-bit), high frame rate (> 400Hz) and high temperature Spectral scene simulation technology. This paper introduces the infrared scene simulation research work being carried out by Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics and focuses on the research progress of infrared scene simulation of DMD array, infrared scene simulation of resistive array and the modeling of infrared dynamic image of target and background. The basic principle, research process and method of the above technology are briefly described. The performance indexes and experimental results have been listed. The pictures of 128 × 128 resistive array infrared scene simulator have been developed.
