对新钢4号高炉空料线降料面到风口中心线进行喷补造衬的经验进行总结。降料面过程中,顶温控制在250~400℃,煤气含H2始终在2%以下,无崩料和管道产生,实现了快速降料面。开炉后,炉渣中(Al2O3)在15%以下,(MgO)在8%左右,对本次开炉达产起到了积极有效的作用。
The experience of shotcreting and lining the emptying line of the No.4 blast furnace of Xinhua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to the center line of the tuyere is summarized. In the process of dropping surface, the top temperature is controlled at 250-400 ℃, the gas content of H2 is always below 2%, no collapse material and pipes are produced, and the rapid drop surface is achieved. After the furnace was opened, the slag (Al2O3) was below 15% and the content of (MgO) was about 8%, which played an active and effective role for the open-hearth production.
