恶性肿瘤目前已成为危害人类健康的首要杀手.近半个世纪以来,肿瘤的治疗取得了快速进展,已经进入了综合治疗的时代.随着医学模式由经验医学转变为以证据为基础的循证医学,循证医学已成为当今肿瘤治疗之本,但循证医学用于指导个体患者的治疗是有缺陷的.众所周知,肿瘤是一个异质性、多态性、分化程度不等的细胞群体,其发生在不同个体、不同部位,不同病期,具有不同病理类型以及不同生物学行为表现.所以,在循证医学指导下,
