  As for the essential role of copper in the growth of plants, the catalytic role of copper compounds in human and plenty usage of copper in several industries, the amounts of this element in the environment is so memorable.One of the sources of copper for lively life and industrial usages is the soluble copper cations in the variety of aqueous solutions.The high amounts of copper is so harmful for the lifes body.Therefore the high amounts of this element in water should be eliminated.The adsorption process is being widely used by various researchers for the removal of heavy metals from water.Inexpensive, readily available materials like wood sawdust can be used for the removal of heavy metal ions from water.
