  钙钛矿(MAPbX3,MA=CH3NH+,X=Cl,Br,I)材料由于在光电器件的优异表现引起了人们的广泛关注。在钙钛矿太阳能电池中,快速的电荷转移(CT)是实现高效电荷分离的一个重要条件。过去,人们已对钙钛矿薄膜与常见电荷受体之间的界面CT过程进行了大量研究,获得许多转移速率数据[1-4];然而,这些不同研究小组报道的CT时间数据却相差很大,从亚皮秒到数百皮秒,甚至数纳秒。
