“势必”“想必”和“谅必”都是跨层结构词汇化形成的词语。“势必”是“名(势)+副(必)”的跨层结构形成的,是“势”在源结构中复指代词“其”脱落后,具有复指词的功能变得可有可无,从而跨界与“必”词汇化成词。“想必”是“动(想)+副(必)”的跨层结构中动词“想”发生非范畴化后跨界与“必”词汇化而成。“谅必”是在“谅”的语义和“想”非范畴化后的语义叠合后直接由“想必”类推成词。“势”“想”“谅”的语素义和“必”相互影响。语素义对词汇化的作用值得重视。跨层结构的词汇化更具特异性。
