Self-excited friction induced oscillations are present in many engineering system, such as noisy machine operation, wear of components chattering of disc-flexible arm and squealing railway wheels[1].Especially.brake squeal [2], which is commonly defined as a sustained, high frequency noise due to vibrations of braking components of a vehicle during a braking action, is a very irritating noise to the passenger and bring a serious pollution to environment.
