Outward-bound training is a newly emerging sports item.It attempts to integrate outward-bound training into college physical education.Outward-bound training plays an important part in improve students communication skills, cohesive ability, decisive ability, competiveness, and psychological quality.The thesis analyses the basic implication of outward-bound training and expound the necessity and flexibility to integrate outward-bound training into physical education.Countermeasures are put forward to achieve the interaction and combination of physical education teaching and outward-bound training.
