鸡群白血病是由禽白血病病毒(ALV)引起的,以肿瘤为主要特征性病变的传染病.经典的鸡ALV可分为A、B、C、D、E五个亚群.1991年,英国首先报道了新发现的J亚群ALV(ALV-J),其致病性、致肿瘤性和传播性都比经典ALV强得多, 几年内传遍全球几乎所有白羽肉用型鸡群.在"国际家禽"(World Poultry)杂志上曾载文称:"全球养禽业将会记住1997、1998年是禽白血病灾难年."

根据GenBank中Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的基因组序列,应用Oligo6.0软件设计合成了2对特异性引物,建立了Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒的巢式RT-PCR检测方法.结果显示,该检测方法具有特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好等优点,可以准确快速检测出极低含量(1pg)的Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒.本研究解决了该病在组织病料中检出困难的难题,为工型鸭病毒性肝炎的快速诊断、净化及深入研究奠定了基础.
