Buildings infrastructures, and especially if theyre smart, needs to stay in the service of the user with a unique objective wich is to improve the business efficiency.This efficiency have a different definition depending the final destination of the building: we cannot assess the same criterias in hotels, in offices buildings or in retail shops, were not talking about the same business and the users experience isnt comparable.The building needs to be smarter but especially has to remain obedient.
