催化剂对于硅硼碳氧复合材料耐温性影响

  高超声速飞行器不断发展使飞行器表面面临愈加恶劣的热环境,传统耐温隔热材料已难以满足需求.SiCO体系中的B元素在高温处理过程中会形成BCXO3-X结构,该结构能够打乱体系中的SiCYO4-Y结构,形成的无定型结构有利于材料在高温下保持性能.为获得能够耐1500℃高温的复合材料,实验过程中采用正硅酸乙酯、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷和硼酸三甲酯作为原料,通过超临界干燥和裂解首次制备了硅硼碳氧气凝胶复合材料.在实验研究过程中发现,催化剂的种类和用量会显著影响复合材料的耐高温性能.
