品管圈对老年患者痰标本采集质量的影响

【摘 要】

：

目的 探讨品管圈对老年患者痰标本采集质量的影响。方法 由10名组员成立品管圈小组，对活动前后老年住院患者的痰标本采集质量及影响原因进行分析，确定目标，制订并实施对策，进行效果评价。结果 通过采取上述措施，老年患者痰标本合格率明显提高。结论 品管圈活动有效地提高了老年患者痰标本的采集质量，提高了痰标本采集的合格率。

　　目的 探讨品管圈对老年患者痰标本采集质量的影响。方法 由10名组员成立品管圈小组，对活动前后老年住院患者的痰标本采集质量及影响原因进行分析，确定目标，制订并实施对策，进行效果评价。结果 通过采取上述措施，老年患者痰标本合格率明显提高。结论 品管圈活动有效地提高了老年患者痰标本的采集质量，提高了痰标本采集的合格率。
