综合方法治疗泪小管断裂的临床疗效分析

目的 探讨应用综合方法治疗泪小管断裂，以期提高手术的成功率，减少并发症的发生。方法 筛选门诊进行的56例泪小管断裂病人，应用不同的手术方式的效果进行回顾分析。入选标准：断端距离泪小点)5mm并且能够成功吻合。将其分为两组，每组28例。对照组治疗方式为单纯以硬膜外麻醉管作为支撑物，在显微镜下吻合断裂的泪小管，术后常规抗生素眼液点眼，全身口服抗生素3天。术后10周拔管。做泪道冲洗每周两次，连续三周。实
