某多金属矿中铀的浸出工艺研究

矿物学研究结果表明,该含铀多金属矿的矿物成分和化学成分都很复杂,锌矿物主要为异极矿,其次为锌锰矿等氧化物;铅矿物主要为铅锰矿,其次为黑铅矿等氧化物;锰矿物主要为锌锰矿、铅锰矿和软锰矿等氧化物;铀矿物主要为铀酸铅等表生矿物;铁矿物主要为褐铁矿和赤铁矿,微量的磁铁矿和黄铁矿。对该矿石进行了铀的浸出工艺试验。研究表明,硫酸搅拌浸出时,铀的浸出率可达90%;碱法搅拌浸出时,铀浸出率仅为10%左右;酸法柱浸结果为, 5mm矿样的铀渣计浸出率可达91.5%,酸耗为20.8%; 10mm矿样的铀渣计浸出率可达88.4%,酸耗为19.5%。
