In the past decades,the study on evacuation model with regard to natural disasters has attracted extensive concerns from scholars.However,there is inadequate consideration in evacuation practice that raised by the hazard installation accident.A central challenge in developing such an evacuation model is in predicting the real scenario based on the assumption of reasonable human behaviors.In a real evacuation practice,most of the evacuees are not able to identify an optimal route to their proximate safe destination,but can only realize the general location where an accident occurs.
