大学继续教育的定位与属性问题,一直是影响其发展的矛盾焦点。本文从大学继续教育的对象、培养目标和教育形式入手,客观地分析了其教育的特殊性,并以现代大学继续教育的发展走向为背景,以回归大学继续教育本色为基本出发点,提出了其“问题教育”的本质属性,以期为变革中的大学继续教育提供科学发展的理路。
The orientation and attribute of continuing education in universities have always been the focus of contradictions that affect their development. Starting from the object, training goal and form of education of university continuing education, this paper objectively analyzes the particularity of its education. Based on the background of the development of continuing education in modern universities, this paper puts forward its basic starting point for returning to the true nature of continuing education in universities. “Problem education ” essential attribute, with the hope to provide the scientific development reasoning for the reform continuing university education.
