　　The proposal is aimed to develop the ELISA diagnostic reagents for large-scale screening of mycoplasma mastitis in bovine herds.Six clones, IC6, IE4, IB8, IC7, 2C6 and 2E4, of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) belonging to IgG1 and k chains against Mycoplasma bovis were developed with good quantity obtained in this laboratory.Part of the IC6 and IE4 mAbs were used as Antigen (Ag)-ELISA diagnostic reagents for screening M.bovis infection.
