Objective:To investigate better technique in exposing of the internal mammary vessels,and estimate the value of this technique simultaneously.Methods:9 patients from October 2008 to june 2010 who received the new exposing technique of internal mammary vessels were included as the test group.Another 16 patients using the traditional technique were included as the control group Then the time spent on exposing and the recipient complication rates were recorded.Results:The mean time cost of the exposing in the test group was (0.44±0.17)h,while in the control group it was (0.65+0.19)h (P<0.05).

目的:探讨隆乳术中正确选择乳房假体大小与形态的方法。  方法:通过502例隆乳术后乳房大小形态的变化,并参考术前胸部各项测量参数,总结出选择合适乳房假体大小与形态的方法。  结果:术前胸廓的横径即H值是选择乳房假体横径的重要参数,以此推算出的假体横径能满足乳间沟较明显及乳房外侧亦较丰满的要求。
