Chronic kidney disease has been a worldwide health problem.It has a high risk of being developed into uremia in the end.Cardiovascular disease,dylipidemia,atherosclerosis,malnutrition are the major complications of uremic patients.Hemodialysis(HD) is one of the main treatments for the uremic.Cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of death in chronic kidney disease patients treated with long-term HD.Considering plasma lipids may play a significant role in the chronic kidney disease-related complications,this study applied LC-MS based lipidomics to study the plasma lipid changes of kidney patients before and after HD.
