  The production of solar cells as well as display and touch panels is nowadays one of the big markets for vacuum-coaters suppliers.The substrates for these applications are either glass or transparent polymer foils.Because of the high pressure on the production price the mass production on polymer foils is realized by using Roll-to-Roll (R2R) sputtering machines.
