Ni-doped porous Co(OH)2 (Ni0.34Co0.66(OH)2) nanoflakes were electrochemically deposited on 3D graphene network by a potentiastatic deposition mode.The as-prepared 3D graphene/Ni0.34Co0.66(OH)2 electrode shows a high capacitance of 1714 F/g at a current density of 3 A/g and still remains a high capacitance of 1309 F/g as current density reaches up to 30 A/g.Cycling stability results indicated that the specific capacitance of the electrode still can remain 77% after 1000 cycles at the high current density of 10 A/g in 1 M KOH solution.The high performance of as-prepared electrode is closely related to the doping effect of nickel into Co(OH)2 and the presence of highly conductive 3D graphene network.
